Return & Refund Policy

We want every family to feel good about reserving a NOWA. Here's how cancellations, delays, and returns work.
1. Cancel before your order ships — full refund
You can cancel your NOWA order at any time before it ships for a full refund of the amount you paid. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within approximately 5–10 business days. You are under no further obligation once you cancel.
To cancel, email support@nowaplanet.com with your order number.
2. If shipping is delayed past our estimated window
Your NOWA is expected to ship on or before November 30, 2026. If we're unable to ship by that date (or any revised date we've communicated to you), we'll email you with an update and give you the choice to:
- wait for your NOWA to ship, or
- cancel your order for a full refund of the amount you paid.
We won't leave you waiting indefinitely without a way out.
3. Returns after delivery
If your NOWA doesn't work out once it arrives, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the device must be returned with its original seal intact (unopened). When you contact us to start a return, we'll confirm the return-shipping details with you.
4. Defective or damaged-on-arrival (DOA) units
If your NOWA arrives defective or damaged, contact us at support@nowaplanet.com with your order number and a description (photos help). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. NOWA devices are also covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
5. Important: returning a device with a lithium battery
Your NOWA contains a built-in lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery. Please do not dispose of it in regular household trash or place it loose in a standard mailer. When returning your NOWA:
- keep the device intact — do not attempt to remove or damage the battery,
- pack it securely in its original box or padded packaging, and
- follow the return-shipping instructions we send you (lithium-battery devices ship under carrier hazmat rules — e.g. UN38.3-compliant packaging).
We'll provide a prepaid return label with the correct shipping instructions when your return is approved.
6. How to start a cancellation, refund, or return
Email support@nowaplanet.com with your order number and a short description of what you need. We'll confirm next steps and, where applicable, send you a return label.
7. Refund processing
All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
