Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect on shipping for your NOWA pre-order.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
2. Your order is a pre-order
NOWA is currently sold as a pre-order. Units are expected to ship on or before November 30, 2026. If the timeline shifts materially, we'll email you with an update — and if we're unable to ship by that date, you'll have the choice to wait for your NOWA or cancel your order for a full refund. 3. Shipping cost
Shipping is not included in the device price. The shipping cost shown and charged at checkout is an estimate, based on current carrier rates. Because your order is a pre-order, actual shipping costs may change before your order ships. If they do, we will contact you by email before shipping: you can choose to pay the difference, or cancel your order for a full refund of everything you've paid — no questions asked. The price you pay also covers applicable import and customs-clearance costs. Any applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
4. Delivery time after shipment
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 7–12 business days.
5. Order updates & tracking
We'll email you at key milestones as your pre-order progresses, and send you a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.
6. Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us at support@nowaplanet.com as soon as possible and before your order ships. We can't guarantee an address change once an order has shipped.
7. Damaged in transit or lost packages
If your NOWA arrives damaged or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@nowaplanet.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. If the carrier can't resolve it, we'll help sort it out with you.
