Play that ends

The pet gets tired and goes to sleep. Sessions close on their own, without a fight over one more tap.

When does it ship, and what if it's late?+

September 2026. If we don't ship by October 31, you're refunded automatically. You don't even have to ask.

Can I cancel my reservation?+

Anytime before your Nowa ships, for any reason, and we refund every cent. Your reservation is never a commitment to keep it.

Does it talk to my child?+

No. A narrator reads the missions; the pet answers in sound, motion, and feeling. It never speaks a sentence, and that's deliberate: your child does the imagining, and there's no chatbot to monitor.

Is this just another screen?+

It's a 2.4-inch, low-stimulation screen with no feed, no autoplay, and no open internet. Check-ins run a few minutes, and the pet gets tired and sleeps, so play ends on its own. The whole design points your child back to the real world.

What ages is it right for?+

Ages 3 to 10. Missions re-tune to your child's developmental band, so a 4-year-old and a 9-year-old get different versions of the same pet. It's built to be a multi-year companion.
